久々にレコメンドします。

岩手県宮古市の「広報みやこ6月号」。
某全国紙に津波の被害を受けた方が広報紙に出ているというような記事が出ていて、見てみたところ、40ページ以上にわたる津波の記録。
これはすごいです。
市販されている震災写真集にひけをとりません。

実物がほしいなぁと思っていますが、おそらくお忙しいでしょうから、そんなことを頼むのも気が引けてしまいます。

前々から書こうと思っていたのですが、
このたびの被災地の広報紙のことです。
宮古市の広報紙の写真には、確かに驚きましたけど、
実は、すごいと思っていたのは、
被災後に出されていた、各自治体のお知らせ版や臨時号の数々。
数日おきに出されているものなど、さまざまです。
そこには何か言葉は適切ではないかもしれませんが、
執念というか広報魂を感じていました。
少ないページですが、必要とされる情報を出していく姿勢。
感動しました。
広報って、こういうことなのかなと考えさせられた、
臨時号の数々でした。

犯人が分かっても問題は解決しないという問題
どんなに想定しても想定外があるという想定
すべての人に広報しようとしてだれにも伝わらない広報
１回ごとにまとめる記事を超えてつながる、結論ではなく
自立性、関連性、持続性、循環性……、それがつかまえられなくて
実践で伝えられなくなったら、こんな抽象的な話になっちまう。

次回の横浜opが今のところ未定という連絡がありました。
近年、埼玉大会の川越市opでブーケトスが行われ、横浜opが高崎市
高崎市opで静岡開催が決まり、奈良大会の奈良市opでは
三島市opの案内がありました。
（手足が「２」「４」＝開催日に見えそうな「フライヤー」が印象的）
時間の関係で関東圏の開催が有力ですが（かつては諏訪市opも実施）、
富山大会と高岡市opあたりで開催地が見えてくるといいですね。

昨年は禁止だったポロシャツが、ことしは世間並みに解禁（開襟）です。
いきさつは分りませんが仕事用ワイシャツは長袖しか持っていなくて
暑さよりも健気な生き方を頑なに守りたいという姿勢の半面、
家庭でエアコンかけて、アイロンかけている節電対策を不思議に感じていました。
ありがたい、というか、少しは「大切なこと」を考えてほしいところ
しっかりつかまえなくては、信用がこぼれていく気がします。

高速通行料金1000円が６月19日に終了と聞き、高岡往復の手段を検討しつつ
常磐道／水戸以北、東北道・八戸道／白河-安代-三沢間あたりは
通行料金を不加算（ETC全車両、IN-OUTのみ、通過不対応）にしてって思います。
また、うなぎの価格が高騰しているらしいと聞きました。
夏、節電、電力消費量がうなぎのぼり、丑の日に向けて相場もうなぎのぼり？
もしかしたら、電力供給のため、うなぎ発電に用いるのかもしれません。
冗談はともかく、放射線は漏れないようにしっかりつかまえ、
少しでも早く、原発事故が終息することを祈っています。

「時」もすり抜けやすいけれど、それが必要な「時」もあるから難しいです。

遅くなりましたが、東松島市から戻ってきました。

あの震災からまもなく３ヶ月。

野蒜（のびる）地区・大曲地区は、津波の甚大な被害を受けていて、まだまだ手付かずといった状況でした。
そんな状況を見て、言葉が出ませんでした。

現地の皆さんの役に立ったか分かりませんが、無事に日程を過ごすことができました。

ささやかな絵本よみがたりイベントを開催しました。
今回のテーマ「さわやかな絵本」を踏まえつつ、
メンバーなりに東日本大震災を意識した絵本選びをしていて
本来は、被災地で行えればいいのかもしれませんが
なかなか、そうはいかない現状ですから、ごめんなさい。
少しでも考える機会になるなら、と自己弁護しています。

テーマ「さわやかな絵本」では『ごきげんな　らいおん』、
テーマ「好きな絵本」では『父は空　母は大地』を読みました。
後者は、居留地に移住するインディアンの首長シアトルのメッセージ。
自分たちと同じように自然を愛してほしいという
故郷を離れる先住民のことばが、被災地、避難者と重なります。
広報と関係ないことばかりですみません。

先日、月刊広報（No.596）を見ていて自分の文章に目が止まりました。
それは、10年前の広報を題材に企画した記事で話を伺った方に出会ったとき
「自分が未来の広報に何を残しているか気になりました」というもの。
その３か月後に異動しましたが、かつて広報を離れるときの思いを再認識し
１年間とはいえ、「何をしたか」、考えることは自分にとって重要です。

年度が始まったばかり、おかしなことかもしれませんが
「老兵は死なず、ただ消え去るのみ」
マッカーサーも、シアトルのように存在の価値を考えたのでしょうか？
存在には、それを認識する対象も必要ですが、哲学的になるとややこしい。
愛される存在を目指したいと思いつつ、おせっかいな性格は徒になるかもです。
今週は広報室の歓送迎会、が予定されています。

入賞された皆さん、おめでとうございます。
高崎市さん、グランプリおめでとうございます。
広報援助協定なんてあったらいいかも、なんて思ったりしますが、
相互にならないから、私たち頑張らなくては、と恐縮してしまいます。
hiroさん、Tさん経由で指摘してすみません。
久しぶりに高岡を訪ねたいと思っています。
オレンジ隊長、大変な状況で三島でした？　腰、大切にしてください。
「からさわ」くん、安全運転で頑張ってきてください。

全国広報コンクールに受賞された皆さま、おめでとうございます。
7月15日に富山県で開催される大会で、皆さまにお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

私は、横浜セミナー裏ツアーin三島で今回の裏ツアー告知を宣言させていただきました、富山県高岡市山村といいます。はじめまして。

そして皆さま、ながらくお待たせしました。
第48回全国広報広聴研究大会裏ツアーの参加者の募集を開始しました。

今年の開催地は富山県高岡市（初日）＆氷見市（二日目）です。
ＪＲ富山駅から高岡駅は北陸本線各駅停車で20分(320円)、特急を使えば12分(1560円)。
高岡は、万葉の歌人大伴家持が数々の名歌を残した、歴史ある風光明媚な土地で、前田利家の二代目利長が城下町を開いたところです。和菓子美味しいですよ。
氷見ブリ（旬は11月〜3月）に代表される海の幸で有名な氷見は、最近では映画ほしのふるまちのロケ地になりましたし、忍者ハットリくんの作者、藤子不二雄Ａさんのふるさとのまちでもあります。


さて、今回のツアーでは、皆さんの交流が拡大するようなイベントを繰り広げながら「忍者修行ハットリクンフォトラリー」でさらに親睦を深めていただこうかと思っています。
そして講演会「災害時における広報の役割（仮題）」は、現在講師と交渉・調整中です。しかしながら、乞うご期待です。

チラシ上では二日目にA,Bとフォトラリーと講演会の２コースがありますが、ひょっとしたら１本にならないかと調整中です。
