文房具店から手帳フェア開催中のメールが届く時期になりました。

広報／美術館／観光／広報の仕事では７daysが等しいほうがいいから
ミニ６手帳を使用し、リフィルは見開き１週間（左ホリゾンタル／右メモ）でした。
少し前に事務用手帳・見開き１週間（上メモ／下バーチカル）を併用するようになり、
携帯用手帳はトラベラーズノート（パスポートサイズ）＋月間ボックスにスリム化。
ことしは事務用手帳の土・日曜日が小さくても支障が無いという大変化が起き、
超定番とはいえ、これまではまったく選択肢になかった
（日曜日または土・日曜日の欄が変則であるため）
クオバディスのエグゼクティブノートが事務用になりました。
デジタルツールではなく手帳というところに自分のアナログな性格を感じます。

来年度の検診スケジュールを作成しているとカレンダーに意見が集中します。
それらは、既成の型式、使われ方に終始し、もちろんニーズは大切ですが
むしろ、どう使ってほしい、という視点があってもよさそうに思います。
広報のイベント等の月間カレンダーが無くなったことを惜しむ声があり
自分としては人の動きは、まちの活性化、経済効果に影響を及ぼすものですから
まちへの関心を生み、育てる機能、しくみとして無くてはならない要素に思えます。
しかし、その乖離を感じるのも人それぞれの印象の違いかもしれません。

広報担当を継続するシショー、新しい環境での活躍を期待しています。
関係者さん、メールありがとうございます。
かつて、劇団いのきさんには、お越し頂いているので参加したいところですが
日々の暮らしが、どうにもならない状況のため、広報人大忘年会は欠席です。
ごめんなさい。

さて、新たな手帳のうえで自分の意思は何処へ向かっていくのか……

観光も復興につながるということばを信じて、みちのくTOURに出かけました。
往路は石巻市、登米市、（藤沢町）、一関市を経て大館市までのコース。
仙台南部道路、仙台東部道路、三陸自動車道は段差に悩まされつつ
８月、異動した新聞社の支局長を訪ね、その後、石巻駅周辺を散策。
周囲の様子は暗くて分らないながらも、東日本大震災の痕は痛々しく、
サイボーグ009や仮面ライダーV3のいる景色が楽しいものになることを願い
例え、ささやかでもできることを行っていきたいと思います。

大館市では、きりたんぽまつり、ハチ公生誕88年というタイムリーながら
深夜２時の到着から午後１時の出発までの慌ただし滞在を過ごし
復路は秋田市を経由して酒田市に寄り、土門拳記念館を訪ねました。
私が好きな建築（谷口吉生設計）の同館は、拙宅にも影響を及ぼしています。
秋田市では、先日当市に立ち寄ってくれた広報人に合い
酒田市では、昨年の宮島（廿日市市）以来の広報人に合い
酒田市からは羽黒山を訪ねて参道を歩き、新潟市回りで帰宅しました。
通過、案内標識などから広報人を思い浮かべる半面、
１回のTOURで訪ねられない人、まちも多くなり残念ですが
広報を担当したことによって得られた、すばらしい環境に感謝です。

週末、宮崎市の広報人がいらして市内を案内後、四万温泉へ向かい
自分が最も時代をさかのぼれる懇親会（いちばん若輩）に参加。
「個人年金」を勧めてくださる雲上の広報人（ほとんど退職者）に合う機会は
自分の姿を映す水鏡的であり、初心に戻れるような気持ちになれます。
皆さんの現役当事から現在までの40年近いタイムトラベルを感じながらも
広報がなくても支障のない生活を送っていることも事実です。

来年度の予算要求書づくりで連日のラウンドミッドナイト。
つらいことがあっても東日本大震災で犠牲になった方々を思えば気にならないもの。
ことしは、なぜか広報人に出合う機会が多いように感じられます。
雲の上にはすばらしい未来があるかもしれませんが、
これまで追いかけた流れる雲とは違う、雲をつかむようでもあり
それでも輝くものを見る（観光）のは楽しいから、
飛び回る機会は大切にしたいと思っています。

「逢いたい」と思うことが何よりも大切だよ
夢をみてよ　どんな時でも　全てはそこから始まるはずさ

Yahoo! 検索で「広報ふじさわ」がヒットすることに特別と日常を感じます。
★★★藤沢町への想いがあふれるFJをこうして見られる、ありがたいものです。
それは、東日本大震災、原発事故によって消えたまちとは異なるものの、
想定外の有事でも、何気ない日常でも故郷（古里）が大切であることに変わりはなく
無くしたもの、これから進むものについて、共通する意識に思われます。
それは「一号懸命」に発行してきた担当者の姿を表しているものでもあります。

まちは縄文の時代から人々のつながりによって続いていること
「炎立つ」輝き、人の輝き、まちの輝きをとらえた写真の光のまわり
だれかのために頑張る、まちと自治を振興する情報共有媒体の広報
「凛と咲く」的でもある「ふじさわジャパン」、FANTASTIC JOBSです。
ひとまず、NO SIDE おつかれさまでした、そして、恐れ入りました。

何かと慌ただしい10月を迎え、今週末に東北TOURに出かけます。
できれば、往路に石巻市方面を経由する行程を検討中ですが
出発が土曜日午後のため、初日の大館市到着は深夜になりそうです。
２日目は午後から酒田市に向けて移動し土門拳記念館を目指します。
３日目の復路は途中、羽黒山か山寺を歩いてから帰還する予定。
22年目に突入した愛車が無事に走ってくれることを願っています。

「向こう岸も古里になる」って、NO SIDE ですね。
死生観すら超えちゃうような気になるのは、きょうが「滋月」だから……。

岩手県藤沢町の最終号が届きました。
そして、１０月から藤沢町は一関市となりました。
平成の合併のピーク時からは、やや遅れてですが、
また一つのまちの名前が、地図の上からは消えて行ったのです。

「まちの総合情報誌ふじさわ」と銘打った広報ふじさわ。
その存在を初めて知ったのは、月刊広報の「広報クリニック」のコーナーでした。
まちの商店街を特集した号だったと思います。
あれから何年経ったのでしょうか。
皆さんご承知のように、その後の広報ふじさわは、
日本の広報紙をリードする存在になっていきました。
そんな広報ふじさわも、クリニックに応募していたときがあったのだと、
思わず微笑んでしまいそうになります。
およそ１０年、広報ふじさわ無しには自治体広報紙は語れないくらい、大きな足跡を残してくれました。
そして毎号、毎号、家内制手工業のような、職人技のような広報紙が、楽しみでなりませんでした。
それも、もう見ることができないのは、とても残念で仕方ありません。
でも、でもオンリーワンを目指して、突っ走って来たシショーに感謝です。
藤沢町という名は消えても、僕らの胸の中で広報ふじさわは、決して消えることはありません。
ありがとう、広報ふじさわ。
ありがとう、シショー。

hiro(yama)さん、2月の三島裏ツアーではMAXハイテンションな中締をありがとうございました。

三島のときは運営側でバタバタしてたので、全国から来てくれた皆さんとほとんどお話できませんでした。
だから今回はイチ参加者として、ツアーを楽しませていただければと思っています。
講演会や全国広報裏コンクールなどの目玉企画、盛り上がりそうですね。

東日本大震災以降、初めての全国大会、そして裏ツアー。
Proud！Japanに関わってくれた、まだ見ぬ全国の皆さんともお話しできれば嬉しいです。

皆さん、富山＆高岡＆氷見でお会いしましょう。
