美術館から観光課に異動です。

美術館では朝ミーティングを1000回くらいこなしてきて、
話したテーマをメモしておくべきだったかな、と反省しています。
半面、そうして形を残さないのもいいでしょうって思うこともあります。
何はともあれ「もてなし」と「サービス」は広報以上に意識し、収穫でした。
最終日に受付・監視の方が全員でご挨拶にきてくださったり
美術館で活動するグループが送別会を開いてくださったり
これまでにない送られ方、その気持ちが何よりもうれしく感じます。

異動に当たり『卒論』を書く機会（地方自治職員研修）が得られました。

力量を顧みず、構成にささやかなトラップをしかけ、
文章自体もお役所仕事から一歩前にステップしたかったのですが……。
結局、相変わらずのスタイル、
少しでも美術館を知っていただけたら、という「広報」にスキップしました。

毒と知りながら飲まなくちゃならないことは辛い。
飲むとき毒と知らせることによって注意する人が助かるなら、
ソクラテスにはなれなくても人をだまさずに消えられるかもしれない。
どこにいても市民のために仕事する、それだけのことサ。
勝海舟ファンとしては、こんな気持ちです。

また、どこかで出会う機会はあるでしょうけれど、ひとまずおしまいです。
「広報」は忘れず、雲は季節風に乗って流れていきます。
……未来は必ずやって来て、そこには新しい未来が生まれます。
（「流れる雲を追いかけて」の最終回と同じメッセージ）

いや〜、さっそく山梨キャンペーンお疲れ様でした。
今度、連ドラの舞台になるらしいですね。
観光課としては、忙しくなりますね。

来年４月の休刊告知ですか。
みんな買わないからですよ〜。
バックナンバーばかり、やたら並んでますし。
やっぱ、自分が読みたい雑誌は、
金払って買わないと、残りませんよね。
「プリール」も「編集会議」も買わねば。
おっと、「広報」も。
個人で定期購読しようかな。

ここんとこ、なんとなくレコメンド躊躇してましたが、
もう我慢ができないのでしちゃいます（笑）。

紀の川市の４月号。
予算です。

だいたい全国津々浦々どこでも４月号って予算です。

歳入と歳出のグラフがあって、
主要事業とかあって、
性質別予算とか特別会計とか・・・。

本当は一年間で最も大切な記事なはずなのに、
なんとなくマンネリで、ナーバスな問題で、
どこの担当者も当たらず触らず状態になりがちです（苦笑）。

はい、そこで広報紀の川４月号。
表紙です。

100円玉の上に氷の入ったグラスが立っています。

「バランスがとれるとコップは斜めに立ちます。
　市の予算も収入と支出のバランスが大切です。」

う〜ん。すばらしい。こういう表紙、大好きです。

ちなみに、昨年の４月の表紙は茶碗一杯の白いごはん。

「お米。一粒も残さないようにいただきます。
　まちの予算も同じ。一円たりとも無駄にはできません。」

表紙だけでなく、もちろん中身だっていいです。
なんともいえない、ゆったりとしたレイアウト。
スミアミの使い方は秀逸です。

言うならば「和み系」？

２月号の表紙とか、ああいうのできる感覚ってうらやましい。

広報紀の川から目が離せません。

確かに、紀の川市は、すっきりしておしゃれですね。
格子の中から撮った写真の表紙も好きでした。

去年の一番の収穫は、紀の川市でしたね。
担当の彼が、誰に誘われたのでもなく、
一人で東北広報サミットに参加していたことを聞いたとき、
久々の衝撃を覚えました（大げさ？）
予算がない暇がない、確かにそうでしょう。
むしろ、自腹切って行く人間のほうが、
おかしいし、いいのかな？とも思います。
でも、単身みちのくへやって来た彼の姿は忘れられません。
まさか、異動してないだろうな。

そうそう、紀の川を担当している方、
東北サミットに参加していらっしゃったんですってね。

僕は会うことができなかったです（泣）。

会って話したかったなぁ。
それが昨年の一番の心残りだったかも・・・。

彼が異動していないことを祈っています。

春は出会いと別れの季節。
人事異動の内示もボチボチ出始めたようです。

このラウンジをご覧になっている皆さんは、どうでしたか？

僕は続投
７年目に突入です。

また一年間、広報に携われる喜びを感じながら、
楽しく笑って仕事をしたいと思っています。

で、欲を言えば、
もうちょっとマシな広報を作りたいなと。

　人事異動の内示に当たり、この場をかりてあいさつをさせて
いただきます。

　このたび異動となり、４月から企画政策課に移ることになり
ました。

　広報担当として２年間、日本広報協会さん、全国の広報担当者
の皆さんには大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

　おかげさまで、至らない部分が多々ありながらも、自分にできる
精一杯で広報紙を編集・発行してこられたと思っています。


　この２年間の経験を踏まえて、新しい職場で心機一転３年目
に臨み、もっといい広報紙を作っていきたいと思っています。

　新年度も、引き続きよろしくお願いいたしますm(_ _)m

※機構改革により、４月から広報の担当は企画政策課となります。

　松くん、良い仕事できましたか？。
本当にお疲れ様でした。独り夜遅くまで残る日々が続く中で、よく頑張りました。また、いづれどこかでお会いしましょう。

　さて、Ｍ市も頑張りやのＦくんが異動となりました。採用以来、広報ばかりだった彼には、ぜひ他分野で広い視点を養うことが、今後の彼に生かされるはずと思っていたため、Ｆくんの異動先は良いところと思っています。何より、彼の家庭のためにも良かったと思っています。

　さて、Ｍ市。
　市発足時の担当はいなくなり、今度は女性が加わるようです。
　われわれのときは、大陸横断鉄道のように、開拓してはレール敷く開拓してはレールを敷くような歩みでした。同時に列車を走らせて来ました。だけど今から思えば、Ｆくんとともにそれまで培ってきた経験があったらばこそ、開拓しつつ敷線できたように思えます。

　次年度以降は、内面的にも外面的にも様子が変わるかもしれません。でも、Ｍ市が良いカタチで前へ前へと進むカタチは引き続き模索中です。　小規模自治体がやむを得ない選択として自治体合併を選んだ。地域で暮らす皆さんの決断が後退しないように・・・。
　その助力として「広報力」が生かされていくよう後任皆さんに頑張って欲しいものです。ふぁいっと！。

　そして、全国新任の皆さんへ・・・ふぁいとっ!!
