　現役の皆様、お邪魔いたします。
わたくしオレンジ隊長と申します。


先般、『「第７回広報大忘年会」を開催することをここに宣言します。』・・・・とご案内を頂戴しました。

　かくして本年も集える人が集いたいから集い・・・広報を肴に宴を催す。・・・「第7回広報（人）大忘年会」が開催されます。

　職場での忘年会とは、また違った空気が漂う広報に携わった経験者たちの癒しの場。今年の幹事は・・石川県Ｈ市のＹさんが手配してくださいました。お疲れ様でした。

　ということで、行ってみようかな。なんとか行けそうかな。
と思われる人は、ぜひご参加を。たまには旅もよいものです。

初めて書き込みをさせていただきます。
全国大会に名を連ねる方々の活動や熱い広報への思い、
ハイレベルな広報の紹介などを興味深く拝見しています。
力作がそろう12月。今年も楽しみにしていました。

なかでも「まちの総合情報誌ふじさわ」を心待ちにしていました。
今年は、多くの自治体が現在抱えている問題の一つ「地域医療」を特集したもの。
命とは、健康や暮らしを守るとは、地域医療とは何か?
医療を必要とする人と医療を提供する人が同じ目線でしっかりと向き合い
築き上げた藤沢町の医療の歴史を振り返りながら、今、住民が考えなければならないこと、
行動すべきことを問い掛けています。

人々の温かくまっすぐな思いと行動が、歴史を語るように淡々と書かれた文の間に込められていて、涙がこぼれてしまいました。こんな先進的な地域があるのかと感動しました。いつもＰＤＦで拝見させていただいているのですが、今回は何としても広報誌をいただきたいと思いました。
ずうずうしくも電話をしたところ、反響が多く即日完売で、日頃広報交換している人にも送付できない状態とのこと…。

小さな会社の弊社では、広報も公立病院改革プランも同じ係で担当しています。
財政力も気力も失っている病院関係者や担当する職員に、ぜひともこの特集を見てほしい、読んでもらいたいと思っています。ＰＤＦではなく紙面の温度が感じられる一冊で。
財政厳しき折、増刷は難しいのでしょうが、印刷代を払ってでもいただきたいと考えています。何か方法はないものでしょうか。

まだFujisawaが届かない方も同じ思いなのではないのかと思い、書き込みさせていただきました。

「『へんだな』と思ってから受け入れる」という
橋本治さんのことばが目にとまりました（広告批評）。
おそらく自分の姿勢と似ているから気になったのでしょう。
そこには、異なる自分のイメージがあるわけです。
それはどのようなあり方？　って自分なりに考えてしまいます。

１つとして缶コーヒー・BOSSのシリーズが浮かびました。
（前後の脈絡がなくてごめんなさい）
そのヒューマンタッチのCMには自然な姿があり
ジョーンズさんが観察するこの惑星の住人は、へんに見えないのでした。

広告も広報も、それ自体がよくできている方がよく
表現がいいほうが、効果が高まる可能性は大きいはずですが
それ以上に野暮でも実際に人が動くことが大切になりますから
ご覧になった方、参加された方の意識を変える仕事を心がけたいと思います。

そんなわけで、ことしの漢字は「変」でしたが、
筆ではなくPENならCHANGEって描いたのかもしれません。
YES, WE CAN !　というアグレッシブな姿勢もすてきです。
（それなら漢字は「缶」っていうのはオヤジかボス）

最近は途中で休めるペットボトルかサーモマグにしちゃう。
そんな矢先、「親瓶」（びん）から先駆けの忘年会情報が入り
金沢に出かけるための伏線を考えはじめた討ち入りの朝。
（見学して茶を頂ける茶室はあるかな）
歳暮は急がしいにもかかわらず人恋しくなりますから
この惑星の住人は集ってことばを交わしたくなるのです。

１月号の編集も佳境に入ってきました。
月日の過ぎるのが早いです。

私の職場では人事異動希望調査が
毎年９月に行われます。
過去２年間、私は「異動したい」
と書きました。
なのに今年２月、私は人事課長に
「やっぱり異動したくありません」
とお願いしました。
お願いしたから残れたというわけではありませんが、
幸い残ることができました。
今年の希望調査では、
「あと１年やらせてください」
と書きました。
毎月やってくる締め切りから解放されたい、
と思ったこともありますが、
今でも思うことがありますが、
もう少しチャレンジしたいです。

「広報」ってほんとは
大切な役割を果たすことができるんだ
とまわりのみんなに伝えたいです。

まいさん、
ブログ、お疲れ様でした。
これからも、たまにはラウンジに
ブログの続きを書き込んでください。

さて、そろそろ皆さんのお手元に来年２月開催の横浜セミナー
の案内が届くころだと思います。もちろん、協会サイトからも
案内＆申込用紙をダウンロードできます。
ぜひ、ご参加ください。

そして、横浜セミナー終了後、広報担当者が一箇所に集まって
夜な夜な広報について、あるいは関係のない話まで熱く語る
通称「裏ツアー」が、今回は千葉で開催という噂を聞いていま
す。

そうです、これに参加されると、でも鳥さんがレコメンドされ
た広報紙を作っている担当者に会えるのですよね。
横浜セミナーに参加し、そのまま金曜の夜は千葉に行くという
流れで、全国の広報担当者の皆さん、ぜひどちらもご参加を。
