今日から平成２１年度がスタートしました。
皆さん、新年度初日はいかがでしたか？

今年度の自治体広報界は、これまでとはちょっと違います。
そう、めんたいこ士郎さんがいなくなっちゃったのですから。

いや、「いなくなっちゃった」という表現は
不適切な表現でした。

彼の存在は、これからの自治体広報界にとっても、
まだまだ、なくてはならない大きなものなのです。

僕の個人的な感想からいえば、
２１世紀の自治体広報界の功罪は
常にめんたいこ士郎さんと共にありました。

「良い」「悪い」の判断基準の一つの指標として、
めんたいこ士郎さんの存在とその広報誌は、
とてつもなく大きな存在でした。

これから先、めんたいこ士郎さん不在という、
いまだかつて経験したことのない時代を迎える自治体広報界。

それはどんな時代になるのか。
不安はいっぱいですが、楽しみもいっぱいあるはずです。

みんなで、どんどんステキな広報を作っていきましょう。

めんたいこ士郎さんが歯ぎしりするほど悔しがるような、
そんな２１年度になってほしいと思います。

士郎さん、ほんと、お疲れさまでした。

今日を限りに、広報担当を卒業します。
いま、段ボールにすべて荷物を入れ終えました。

何の悔いもないはずなのに、今頃になって歩んできた日々に思いを馳せています。
荷物を片付ける度に、いろんなシーンが頭の中を駆けめぐりました。
いずれ訪れる日と分かってはいましたが 、
「万感」という心境でしょうか。
なぜか涙があふれてきます。

今まで出会ってきたみなさん
「広報あかいけ」「広報FUKUCHI」を見ていただいたみなさん
本当にありがとうございました。
一人ひとりに直接お会いして言いたいのですが、
せめてこの場をお借りしてお礼が言いたくて、
このような書き込みをすること、お許しください。

私の亡き師、千葉県多古町の林昌憲が
最後の壇上、甲信ジャンボリーの席で言いました
広報の財産は「出逢い」と「仲間」だと。
そのことを改めて痛感しています。
命を削った師にはおよびませんが、
自分なりに、師に恥ずかしくないくらいに、身を削ることはできたと思い込んでいます。
広報の原動力は愛だと、自分を突き動かしてきたのは愛なのだと。
今更になって振り返っています。

広報MVPが叶うのであれば最後に言わせてください。
我が兄、畠山浩。
広報Fujisawaを生み出す?1の編集者であり、
人として、男として、最も敬愛する広報マンです。
兄がいなければ、決してここまで歩むことはできませんでした。
私の心の支えであり、これから先もトップランナーとして走り続ける唯一無二の存在です。
彼の苦しみや悲しみを私は痛いほど分かってきたつもりですし、彼もまたそうでした。
広報MVPには是非とも我が兄、畠山浩を。

心打つ紙面は作り手の感動と気づきに比例します。
広報は組織が作るものですが、実際には編集者の思いが込められ、昇華するものです。
作り手の人間力と紙面に注ぎ込まれた想いが反映するものだと確信しています。
挑み続ける編集者に妥協という文字はなく、
また、努力する編集者を広報の神様は裏切りません。
つまりは「人」なのですから。

最後の最後になりましたが、皆様にお願いいたします。
これからの「広報FUKUCHI」をあたたかくお見守りください。
特に、表しようのない苦しい立場で編集することになる
私の意を継ぐ「ひよ子」に優しいまなざしとご指導ご鞭撻を願います。

今春広報を去るみなさんとともに、
今後自治体広報を手がけるすべての編集者のご活躍と、
今もなお愛してやまない、この広報界の発展を心から祈念しています。

ありがとう広報、ありがとうみなさん！

春がやってきて、そろそろ私「３年目」も名前を変わる時期になりました…

来月からは「４年目」として皆様よろしくお願いします。
なんとかセーフです。
今年度は、全コンの表彰式や横浜裏ツアーで多くの皆さんに出逢い、そして力をもらいました。
広報は人がつくるもの・・・・広報担当者の皆さんの魅力が私を変えました。
そんなわけで、広報ＭＶＰ大賛成です。


来年度１年は本当に悔いのないようしたい…

都道府県コンクールも出揃ってきましたね。
今年の内閣総理大臣賞は、どこの頭上に輝くんでしょうか。
私はアソコだと信じているんですけどね〜。ウフフ。

さて、コンクールはいろいろな部門がありますが
それらは全て自治体に対して贈られるものですよね。
組織の業務としての結果、表彰されるものなので
当然だとは思いますが・・・。

一方で、自治体の枠を越えて広報担当者を育成し
自治体広報の活性化やレベルアップに努めている人がいます。
また、「平成の大合併」の荒波を乗り越え、
新自治体の広報の基礎づくりに尽力されている人もいます。
そして自治体広報のスタイルや方向性をリードしている人たち、
などなど。

そんな「人」にもスポットが当たるような
仕組みはできないものでしょうか。

言い尽くされたことですが、組織は人。
人が組織をつくり、組織を活かします。
そして、人は人を目標にして、自分自身を高めるのだと思います。
「人」こそが、原動力。
広報の次なる扉を開いていくのも「人」にほかなりません。

どうか、そんな部門の賞も、ご一考いただけないかと思い、
筆を執った次第です。（キーボードですけど）

良かったですね、ＷＢＣ。
イチローは最後に魅せてくれました。

ＷＢＣでも同様ですが、
みんなＭＶＰにしたい人がさまざまで
（ヤフーの投票でみました）興味深いです。
もし広報担当者の中でＭＶＰが選ばれたとしたら、
その人の事を知らない人も、
「どんな人なのか」と興味を持つと思います。
もしかしたらそれが、その人にとっての
ターニングポイントになるかもしれません。

「人」にスポットが当たる事は
とてもいいことだと思います。
何年か前の月刊広報に、
担当者の業務日記みたいな連載があったと思います。
よその町の担当者がしていることや
考えていることをチラッと見れる、
そんなコーナーもあったらいいなと思います。

明日、人事異動の内示です。残れますように・・・

今日、大きなニュースが飛び込んできた。
それは、あの内閣総理大臣賞２度受賞という
輝かしい実績を持っている男、
めんたいこくんが、ついに広報担当を離れるのだと。
２１世紀初頭、自治体広報界で、
広報紙という媒体の可能性を広げ、
表現方法を昇華させて、
一時代を築いてきた男だと言えるのではないだろうか。
そんな彼が、広報を去るというのは、
とても惜しいし、損失とも思える。
彼を目標にしてきた人も多いのではないだろうか。
その彼も、最初から今の力を持っていたわけではない。
彼も目標にしていた人がいたという。
そのことが、彼のモチベーションの一つであり、
大きな意味を持っていたのではないかと勝手に推測している。
まさに人は人を動かすということだと、改めて思うのだ。

やはり、そんな人に対して贈ることができる何かが、
あったらいいのにな〜と思う。
落花生さんも、ＴＡＫＡ−ｓさんも
そして、僕も賛同します。

全国の広報担当の皆さん、はじめまして。
いつも眺めるばかりだったこの「ラウンジ」、勇気を持って書き込みします。
新しく仲間に入れてください。

昨年の高松の裏表、今年2月の横浜→成田の各ツアーに参加しました。
全国の広報の猛者と出会えたことに大きな感銘と刺激を受けました。

「日本の広報を変えよう」と、手弁当で全国を飛び回っている「人」たちがいる。
これはもう、志の高さが違う。

だからヒカルさんが提唱する、「人」にスポットを当てた広報ＭＶＰに賛同します。

よその市町村の広報までレベルアップさせるほどの功労者には然るべき賞が贈られていいでしょ。

「人は人を目標にして自分自身を高める」。そのとおりだと思います。

あの凄まじい広報紙を作っているのは怪物ではなく、私たちと同じ苦悩する「ヒト」なんだと知るだけでも、なんらかの励みになるかもしれないから（笑）…。

初めての書き込みで生意気言ってすみません。
