ごぶさたしています。
過ごしている時間には無駄ばかりありながら
やらなければならないにもかかわらず失礼しているものがいっぱい。
年度末から慌ただしく、まだしばらく、この状態は続きそうです。
時間が無い＝能力が無い、ということは承知していて
いつも、ほかの人ならどうすると考えてしまいますが、
やはり、自分のパーソナリティーに帰結する繰り返しです。

第７週の「つばさ」は個性の共存という小テーマを
「もうひとつの家族」としてエピソードによって展開。
つながることの大切さから大テーマの「絆」が描かれ、
娘といっしょに見てベタと思いつつオシャレに感じました。
番組をご覧になる方の意見は、当然のことながら賛否両論。
それは、まさに個人的な背景と感じ方の差異であり、
内容はおおむね、新聞投書欄の「声」に集約されます。
この対応に追われることも慌ただしさに拍車をかけますが、
視聴と来訪者からの印象は、試みが理解されることを予想させ
それに対するおもてなし体勢の不備がゴメンナサイです。

個人アドレス帳からランダム配信というご案内を頂き、
６月５日の燕市へ出かけようと考えています。
人と合うことは自分の糧になりますから機会は生かしたいものです。
唐突ですがブランド・プロデューサーの藤森幸夫さん的には
仕事に必要、大切なのは人のつながりと「志」。
士（郎）さんの心をシロウ、そしてツナガ（ノシ）ロウは、いかがですか。

いろいろ刺激を頂いた広告批評がおしまいになりました。
No.37号からのつきあいで広報時代も影響を受けたものでした。
個人的には、そこで感じた最も大切な考え方は「届ける」。
対象に到達し、行動を起こさせなければ意味がないということです。
それはパブリック・リレーションズにも共通するものでもあると思います。

４月２７日版、河北新報より

◎「医師が住みたい町」へ支援強化　「支える会」発足

　藤沢町では４月中旬、住民有志による「藤沢町民病院を
支える会」も設立され、地域の医療と医師を守って育てる
町民の輪が広がりだしている。

　支える会は福祉施設園長の西功雄さん（６８）ら６０代を
中心に男性８人が結成した。「医師と住民の交流促進」
「臨床研修医との意見交換」「病院でのボランティア」を
活動の柱に、医師が住みたくなる町の実現を目指す。今後は
町内の女性ら賛同者の拡大を図るとともに、患者の送迎支援
なども検討している。

　全国で医師不足が深刻化する中、藤沢町民病院には４月、
新たに３人の医師が着任し、常勤医が６人に増えた。
「病院を運営する町と医師、そして住民が一体になった地域
医療の町にしたい」と西さんは話す。

先日地方紙に掲載された記事です。
まちの総合情報誌ふじさわ12月号の特集「藤沢の医療」。
特集のメッセージ「地域の財産である町民病院を守り、
育てていくのは住民」にすぐに応えた藤沢町民。発行後、
半年で会を発足させる町民のパワーはすごいです。
広報のチカラってすごいですよね。
見て気付かせるだけでなく、人を動かすことができるん
ですから。
広報だけではないかもしれないけど、１２月号の特集が
あったからこそ、この動きにつながっているんですよね。
見て、感じて、動かす。
広報の持つ、本当の役割にあらためて気付いた記事でした。

から騒ぎ中さんも卒業。
士郎ちゃんも卒業。
そして・・・。

　かつて、膝をつき合わせて語り合った仲間たちが現役から去っていく。・・・なんだか刻の移り変わりをズシンと感じます。

「お疲れ様」。

　引き続き、自治体職員であり続けることに変わりはないのだけれど、姿を思い描くと、何か自らに重ね合わせてしまい、そうではないのかもしれないけれど、この言葉がこぼれでます。

　小さな器の中でもがく日々が、あなたたちと出会えて何かが変わり心から良かった。そう思います。

　そして、今、こうしている間も人知れず努力を続けている人たちがいる。何がそうさせるのかはわからないけれど、また、次代の人たちの中にも、まるで磁石に吸い寄せられるようなつながりが生まれてくるのでしょう。

　紙全盛期の自治体広報担当者たちの熱い議論。
　WEB時代草創期の中でいち早く取り組みを始めたひとたちの熱い議論。紙媒体・映像媒体・WEBを見事にコラボさせて自治体広報をつくろうとする人たちの熱い議論。卒業して遠く離れて見ることはできないけれど、きっとどこかでそんな輪が生まれているのでしょうね。

　頑張ってください現役の皆さん。
　お疲れ様でした、この春卒業の皆さん。


　「同じ空の下」。
　わたしは、全国の先輩や仲間に気づかせてもらいました。
　打算や数値ではあらわせない気持ち。
　自分は自分のまちが大好きなんだ・・・と。

遅ればせながら4月の異動で、広報の現場から離れることになりました。
そのことを知ったとき、正直ほっとした自分がいました。
その頃、というか昨年度は、追い詰められながらも何も出来なかった自分がいました。それがほっとした一因だったのかもしれません。
締め切りに追われ、上司の無茶な要求にこたえるべく踏ん張り、なんとか踏みとどまってきました。

でも、6年も広報担当をしながら、何も出来なかったなというのが本音です。自分の力不足を痛感しています。
広報担当として何も残すことが出来なかった。
それが異動してからの思いです。

新たな舞台は今当市で進められている市民センター構想のこれからが決まる場所。
これからが決まる場所ということでわくわくしています。
舞台が変わって、自分の出来る範囲で頑張っていきたいです。
広報担当も新たな血が注がれチェンジしている時期。これからを見守っていきたいです。

今は、広報マニアとして各地のホームページを見ながら、広報を見ていきたいなと思っています。
