愛知県安城市で昨年まで広報担当だった「しば」と申します。
皆様、お久しぶり＆はじめまして。
今さらながらラウンジへ初投稿です…。

さて、毎年恒例（？）の広報人大忘年会のお知らせです。
今回は、愛知県安城市で開催します。

日時　　１２月５日（土）午後６時から
会場　安城産業文化公園デンパーク　ガーデンレストラン花車

はじめまして。突然ですが、広報担当の皆さまにお聞きしたいことがあり、投稿させていただきました。

皆さまの自治体では、広報担当者はみな正規職員でしょうか？
嘱託職員や臨時職員さんだけに、広報の仕事を全面的に任せておられる自治体はありますか？

実は、わがまちは財政難で正規職員が減るばかり…。広報についても臨時職員に全部任せてしまおうという話が出ています。

そこで、皆さんの自治体で、嘱託職員もしくは臨時職員さんに広報の仕事を任されている場合、
仕事を進めるうえで困った点、逆によかった点などがあれば、教えていただきたいのです。

広報の仕事上だけに限らず、嘱託職員・臨時職員さんに仕事をしてもらう上で、注意するところなどありましたら、ご教授ください。

率直なご意見をよろしくお願いいたします。

広報紙12月号の作成が思うように進まず、
気持ちが空回りしています。

こんなに苦しみや喜びを
味わうことができる仕事も
珍しいのではないか、そんなふうに思います。

ああ、もうあかん！
そんなふうに考え出すと、
不思議と誰かが電話をくれたり
メールをくれたりして
勇気づけられます。

広報という仕事は
とても大切な出会いを
与えてくれました。

こんな貴重な仕事を
他の人に任せてしまうのは
もったいないような気もします。

けれど、こういうことの正解は
ひとつではないでしょうから、
ももたろうさんが考え抜いて出した結論こそが
ももたろうさんのまちにとっての正解なんだと思います。

きっと企画や編集方針までは
任すことができないでしょうから
従来とはちがった苦労も
あることでしょう。

また、「臨時の人に」という前に、
現在とりひきのある印刷業社に
全工程を委託した場合の見積もりをとってみたら
どうでしょうか。
必要な作業工程とその費用が明らかになると思います。

がんばってください。
そして、これからの経過をラウンジで
披露していただけたらと思います。

名月を観ながら始まった神無月。
その直後、妹は、かぐや姫になってしまいました。
日常を取り戻しつつ、最大の行事である祭を迎えるに当たり、
残念ながら東北サミットを見送らせていただきました。
ところが祭の朝、今度は義父が旅立ち、式に合わせて深夜シャトル。
１週間遅れのみちのくツアーになりました。
復路にシショーからのメール＆メッセージを着信。
夜間走行中、一関に寄り道したらシショーとビンさんが手を振っていて
家族で夕食をごいっしょさせていただきました。
何気ないかかわりを心が求めているときがあり、
お二人には心から感謝です。
そして、広報をやっていてよかったと感じたひとときでした。
おかげで無事に1,365km を走破（１日940kmの走行記録更新）。
先日、絵本の朗読会を終え、Halloweenまでの１週間は
まだまだ予算編成、観光施設、ますきゃら……
不規則生活の反動も含め、課題は容赦無く降りかかります。
しかし、これらに向かうのも生きているよろこびと感じたいもの。
頑張るほど輝く月の光を励みにしていたいと思います。
広報作品づくりに取り組む方もいらっしゃるでしょうけれど
ご自身のためにもご家族のためにも健康を大切にしてください。

　多くの皆さんの参加とご協力をいただき、東北広報サミットは盛会裏に終えることができました。
本当にありがとうございました。
　参加者へとお土産を送っていただいた皆さん、ありがとうございました。失礼ながら、この場を借りてお礼を申し上げます。
来年は山形県で開催予定ですが、まだ開催地が決まっていません。決まり次第、皆さんへ報告したいと思いますので、今
年参加した人、残念ながら参加できなかった人、少し気が早いですが、みんなで参加しましょう。
