前へ。
広報を異動して写真環境がフィルムからデジタルに移り、
持ち運びもたいへんなことからF4sを封印、
カメラバッグ１つ分の機材が蔵入りしました。
異動の翌年、旅行、レジャー用にコンデジしたものの
撮影の機会は激減し、写真は疎遠なものになりました。
しかし、新たな展開に心が起動したのでした。

印象に残っているのは昨年、「西班牙市場」のとき
シショーたちが料理を撮影し、モニターを見ながら話していた光景。
鏡開きの撮影では、主催者の勝手なリクエストにもかかわらず
皆さんが作品づくりに参加してくださったこと。
特に近年、カメラを持ち、撮影する広報人の様子を
観客になって見ていたように思います。

２度目の春を迎え、仕事の状況は以前と異なるものの
広報室に17-35mmのレンズが眠っている寂しさ、
自分のレンズも生かしてあげたい気がしてデジイチ購入。
（さすがに１ケタの旗艦は無理ですが……）
英断か、誤算か、それはこれからの仕事しだい。
そして、支出の価値を家族に示すという課題が加わるのでした。

同一のものが存在しない状況を望む基本姿勢。
例えわずかでもカスタマイズしたくなる性格のため、
節約生活にもかかわらず、ささやかな付加アイテムを探索中。
さて、愛機は、このまちを描くことができるでしょうか。
大切なのは人が行い（＝MANUAL）、作り出す（＝MANUFACTURE）こと。
イメージは「まち広場」（まちこうば＝町工場）です。

moanaさんの復帰、この春最大のヒットです。
っていうか、就職以来ほとんどヤクショらしい仕事してないでしょ（笑）
失礼なこと言いました。
ごめんなさい。

そう言えば、「新しい農の風を追う」とか、
「うまいビールを飲もうじゃないか」
っていう広報紙をつくっていた、
アノ彼女も復帰したという噂を耳にしました。

ほかにも、再び広報に戻った方も大勢いるでしょう。
（一例：80000平のgucciとか）
いやー、２度目はキツイでしょうね（笑）
皆さん、頑張ってください。

今回、異動された方も、また、ってこともありますから。
爪を研いでおいてください。

「二度目の春が始まる　季節を乗り越えてきた」

波音、Harbor Lightとともに広報は思い出になるはずでした。
ラウンジには登場するものの広報を離れ、時間が流れていることだし、
観客席から舞台を支えるようなこともそろそろ潮時と感じていました。
しかし、季節風が思いがけない方向に吹いてしまい、
２年で観光課から異動し、広報担当に復帰することになりました。

８年のブランクと年齢による衰え、置かれた立場の違いは、
プリウスのパーキングにピアッツァ、のようなイメージです。
アドバイスを実践しなければならない状況もつらいところですが、
何はともあれ、襷を受けてしまった以上は、それをつなぐだけ。
区間賞はとれなくても自己ベストを狙って走りたいと思います。

美術館、観光課で得た経験を新たな展開に生かして
再び、流れる雲を追いかける生活が始まります。


matsuさん、お疲れさまです。
ラウンジを続けるときも、横浜の２次会も、いろいろお世話になりました。
静岡ツアーをはじめ、また合うことはあるでしょう。
これからもよろしくお願いします。

私事ながら、９年目に入りました。

広報担当２年目の春に、
小学校の入学式で写真を撮り、
紙面に掲載させてもらった男の子。

先日、その子のお父さんから、
中学２年生になったと聞きました。

いや〜、どうなんだろう、その年月って（苦笑）。

matsuさん、落花生さん、

広報卒業おめでとう（？）ございます。
いろいろとお世話になりました。
そして、これからも、よろしくお願いします。

ずっと書き込めなくて、
久しぶりです。

異動で明日から
別の庁舎に通うことになりました。

自ら申し出たことですが、
少し涙が出ました。

これまでお世話になったみなさん、
これでお別れというわけではないですが、
どうもありがとうございました。

宮若市の広報紙、『宮若生活』は去年の12月号から
モリサワのユニバーサルデザインフォントを
使っているらしい。
本文の文字サイズだと分かりにくけれど、
タイトルイや数字の３は、明らかに違いが分かる。

これまでの『宮若生活』は、スタイリッシュなイメージ。
それに、プラス、ユニバーサルデザインの
視点を取り込むあたりがニクイな〜って思うのだ。
カッコヨサを捨てていないところが、さらにニクイ。

平成20年の12月号は、知的障害者が一般企業に
就職するという特集だった。
平成21年12月号では、養護学校の生徒が
市役所で体験就労に取り組んだという話が
載っている。
市の取り組みそのものが、
ユニバーサルデザインなのだ。
それを、広報紙のフォントにまで取り入れて
いく姿勢を評価したい。

県コンは落選したらしいので
ここで、ユニバーサルデザイン大賞を授与します。
パチパチパチ。

ユニバーサルデザインと言えば、
安来市の広報紙にはＳＰコードを掲載していたっけ。
障害福祉担当の私としては
こういう動きが広がっていけばいいなと思う。
うちのまちも、作成する全ての印刷物は
ユニバーサルデザインフォントを使うってルールが
できないかと模索中。

全コンでも、ユニバーサルデザイン加点って
取り入れてもらえないでしょうか。
トリプルアクセルくらいに。

ユニバーサルデザイン大賞ありがとうございます。
今年は賞に恵まれないと思っていましたので本当にうれしいです。
フォントも大切なファクターに違いありませんが、紙面の全体としてバランスがとれているかといえば、まだそこまでいってないように思えます。
現在の文字組み（ＤＴＰの出現によりもはや死語？）はＵＤフォントを美しく表現できていないと思っています。
４月からはそのあたりを研究してきたので、反映していけたらと思っています。

先日、田川市郡の広報研修会が行われ、参加させていただきました。内容は限られた素材と時間で作品をつくるレイアウト研修でした。
３組に分かれ行いましたが、紙面組み立ての仕方がそれぞれのやり方があって、また新しい発見もあり、とても有意義なものでした。（企画した担当者のセンスが良いことももちろんあります。）

決して群れるのではなく切磋琢磨していき、そして自分のスタイルを立ち上げる福岡の伝統はまだまだあることが今回の研修会にも息づいていたように感じます。
