広報コンクールに入賞された皆さん、おめでとうございます。
いつかは、その舞台に立つことを夢見て頑張りたいと思います。
バナナ・バナナなことではありませんが……。

広報に異動前には展示室、まちなどを会場に、ものづくりしてきて
そこにかかわりあう人、まちの呼吸を感じることができました。
それは、最近の自分の行動に欠けている要素かもしれません。
現在の課題は、いうなれば「糠床」をつくることです。

乗り越えなければならない課題に挑むため、
77自治体に広報についての照会をさせていただきました。
お忙しいところ、負担をかけて申し訳ありません。
資料は共有できるものになるように努めているものの
アンケートの設定は、どうしても発信者の都合になりがち。
至らない点につきましては、ご容赦ください。

広報に対する考え方の変化にも戸惑いながら５月末を迎え
デジイチ購入に無理したツケが回って来て、
家計において事業仕分けされたランチにオフィスバナナする毎日。
バナナダイエットなどが流行していることは救いです。
実は美術館のときもミュージアムバナナ？　していて
かつてテニスでコートチェンジのとき、エドバーグが食べていたから
バナナすること自体に抵抗がないのだと思われます。
しかし、子供の撮影を大義にした子供手当の充当は
糠床にバナナを漬け込むようなものだったのかもしれません。
ともあれ、奈良に出かけるためにも積み立てしなくては、です。

連続テレビ小説「つばさ」では
千代さんが捨て漬けをしないで失敗するシーンがありました。
ものづくりの準備には犠牲（布石）、熟成には時間が必要でしょう。
わけのわからないこと言っていると耳からバナナが生えて来そうです。

まずは、隊長殿、ご帰還、心よりお祝い申し上げます（笑）。

さて、MOANAさん、
エドバーグのバナナとはなつかしい。
グラフとかもバナナ食べてませんでしたっけ？
ナブラチロワかな？

それで奈良へ行けるなら、
それこそプライスレス。

広報担当の生命線でもあるデジイチ購入には変えてられません。

僕も奈良貯金始めました。
みんなで、奈良行こう！

楽しい企画もそのうち発表されるのでは？

３月いっぱいで広報担当を離れ、異動することとなりました。
４年間広報の仕事をしてきて、まだまだがんばりたいと思っていましたので、
残念な気持ちでいっぱいですが、それ以上に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
全国の広報担当者の皆さんとの交流がなければ、ここまでやってこられなかった
と思っています。

前任のＳさんから支えてもらいながらも不安が大きい中で仕事をしていた１年目、
このラウンジで「オレンジ劇場」から元気をたくさんもらったことが懐かしいです。
それが岡山での全国大会・交流会に参加するきっかけになりましたし、
それから４年間で参加した交流会・研修会は全国15か所を超えました。

４月からはＯＢとなりますが、今までの交流は大切にして続けていきたいです。
そして、来年２月の横浜セミナー裏ツアーは地元県内での開催となりますので、
今までお世話になってきたお礼の気持ちを込めて準備に携わっていこうと
思っています。
自分が作ってきた広報は、将来ゆっくり読み返す時を楽しみに、大切にとって
おきます。

これからもよろしくお願いします。

お久しぶりでございます。
久々に、ここラウンジを開いて近況を読ませていただきました。

Ｉ市Ｍくん、ついに異動となりましたか。
「長のお務めご苦労さまですっ」。
たぶん、思い出多い年月だった思います。これからはリハビリが大事。がんばってください。

Ｋ市MOANAさん、現役復帰後の生活いかがですか。
って・・・今度は立場が上での復帰ですよね。
「手腕発揮楽しみにしてるっす」。

Ｔ市20Ｄさん、９年目突入お疲れ様。
「わかっているんです。だからそこをなんとかしたい。けど、どうすれば・・・」一つひとつ課題をコツコツ解決したい。そんな気持ちをもつ全国の仲間がラウンジに入ってくればいいな。今更ながらそんなことを思ったりしました。
「20Ｄさん、よろしくお願いするっす」。

・・・えっ、わたしの近況？
新天地（異動先で）として腰をすえ、「やってやるぞ!!」と燃え上がっていた、星●雄馬のようなわたしの瞳。

驚天動地の異動で・・・瞳の炎・・消火。

「ほぉ〜しぃ（伴宙●）」のように「たいちょぉ〜」と叫びながら支えてくれる者も今は無く・・・

たいした松ではないけれど、休日にみどり摘みをしていて、
３年くらい先のことをイメージしながら今を考える、という
大切で豊な時間を過ごした気がしています。

出来映えは、つきあいのある庭師さんに尋ねるとして
同時に広報について現在の事情を踏まえつつ、
自分にできるものを１つ１つ進めることを意識しました。
かつて、谷津干潟を再生した森田三郎さんの話を聞いて感じた
一所懸命しているといっしょに行動する人が現れることを信じ
「愚公」のような気持ちで実践して行きたいと考えています。

５月19日の全国広報コンクールの発表を前に静かな広報界隈？
そこを目指した、かつての状況を復活させることも課題として
今は、ていねいに枝を作り、見えない根を養う日々です。

少しずつですが失われた時間を埋められる兆しはありますから
あわてずに、さまざまなシーンで役立つ広報でありたいと思います。
生きていることは、いつも変わることだし、変わりたいし
時間は待ってくれないものだから、待つことも変化しながら……です。

新年度スタートから１カ月。
人事異動などもあり、けっこう忙しい毎日です。

いろんな考えを持つ人たちがいて、
いろんなことをやろうとするけれど、

「それって、いい広報作るのが目的ですよね」

といちいち確かめずにはいられないのは
９年目の悲しい性なのか…。

人が変わる、時代が考える、状況が変わる、価値観が変わる。

そんなの当たり前な話なわけで、
もっともっとシンプルな考え方（やり方）で
いいんじゃないかと思うんだけど。

僕も週末の庭いじりに心が落ち着く年齢になってしまいましたよ（苦笑）。

２月の横浜セミナーでお世話になりました九州人です。
みなさまにはご挨拶すらせず申し訳ありません。

セミナーから戻って早々「異動ね♪」と告げられ…
…ていたにもかかわらずなぜか広報に残ることができました！

セミナーで感銘を受けた諸先輩方を目指しますので、これからもよろしくお願いします。

管財課→広報課→美術館→観光課→広報室。
ヤクショらしくない？　は当たっています。

復帰して最初に思うのはハートフルさんのことです。
めんたいこ士郎さんの祝賀会参加のため福岡を訪ねたとき、
筑豊巡り、吉野ヶ里、柳川まで付き合ってくださり、
翌年、ハートフルさんは広報担当に復帰して特選を獲得。
お祝いのため、再び福岡を訪ねる事になりました。
現在、これまで培ってきたはずの広報体制の脆弱なことと
ハートフルさんの偉大さを再認識しているところですが
時々の在りようと初心を忘れず１つ１つ、扉を開けていくことにします。

現役になり、ラウンジへのメッセージが少し増えるかもです。
皆様も新環境に慣れましたら、いかがですか？
ちなみに前回メッセージのCHEAP TRICKを解説すると
MAE、INSHO、NIDOME、DOUITSUって起承転結しつつ
全体で「まち広場」というMINDにしたのでした。

ささやかな付加アイテムは結局、ストラップ（普通じゃん？）。
同じ姿を避けるためとはいえ付属のものがむだになることに加えて
撮影とかかかわりのないものにもかかわらず
なぜ、そうするか……、自分の性格・行為を不思議に感じます。
ヨドバシカメラ、ニコンサービスセンターに立ち寄りながら
新宿１丁目にごあいさつにうかがうことができなくて残念です。

先日、電話に出たとき「観光課です」と言ってしまい、
早く、広報生活に慣れなくては、と感じる１週間でした。
