募金箱に少しの義援金を入れる、節電して屋根から電気を送る、
何かに役立っているだろうと思いつつも、はがゆい気持ちです。
一方、自分自身の使命感に基づく行動が報道される度に涙があふれます。
闘っていない自分が意見するのはおこがましいのですが
風評に惑わされる人が闘う人の気持ちをわかるなら状況は変わるはず。
長期戦になれば、次々と新たな事象が起こるでしょう。
全国の広報人が被災地の広報人の支援を考えていると思います。
ダイレクトが難しければリレーしてラウンジに「どこへ、何を」を知らせてください。
文字だけの内容で申し訳ありません。
できることは限られますが、できることをしない人にはなりたくないです。

放射線をルポするメディアのシナリオ、BGM、エフェクトは考えてほしいものです。

「頑張ろう日本！頑張ろう自治体！」みたいな、
同じロゴ入れられませんか。

先日のラウンジを見て、被災地からメールをくれた広報マンが居ました。
そこには「ご心配ありがとう、こちらは大丈夫です」と書いてありました。
他の静岡メンバーにも被災地の仲間から、無事を伝えるメールが届いたり、未だに安否不明だったりという状態です。

昨夜私は、盛岡市の親友と久しぶりに電話で話すことができました。
被災地の彼の身を案ずる私への、彼の第一声は「静岡の地震、大丈夫ですか？」。

涙が出ました。

私の知っている被災者は、こんな人たちばかり。
この心優しい人たちに突如振りかかった未曾有の大災害。

現地へのゆうパック、ゆうメールなどは停止状態です。
災害復旧支援の義援金は日本赤十字社などが行っていて、全国の社会福祉協議会を経由して各自治体で受付開始しました。
当市では、東京電力の計画停電もまだ一度も行われていません。
私は節電と自転車通勤を心がけるようになりました。
でも、遠方にいる私たちができる物理的支援は、まだあまりにも少ないです。

だから、gii2410さんのご提案は、すばらしいと思います。

地震発生の2日後、遠くイギリスの新聞の一面には「がんばれ、日本。がんばれ　東北。」という日本語の見出しが掲載されました。

遠いイギリスからのエールに、日本人として勇気をいただきました。
実現には多くの壁がありそうですが、できることが少ない今だからこそ、日本中が応援しているのを伝えたいですね。

東北地方太平洋沖地震により災禍を被りました皆様に
心からお見舞い申し上げますとともに復興をお祈りいたします。

秋田県出身のサイクンの帰省にあわせて立ち寄るほか広報のつながりから
東北各地について報じられるニュースが気になるものの
通信事情、対応に追われる状況を察したため連絡は控えました。
こうして行き交うメールで安否を知ることができ、ありがたく思っています。

日本人の美徳が海外で紹介されているというニュースはすばらしいけれど
被災地を始め、本当に必要としている人に物資が届かない状況があり
それが過剰反応による物資購入の影響であるとしたら悲しいものです。
購入の中には被災地に送ろうとするケースもあるでしょうけれど
計画停電は初めてだし、不安に駆られる行動を制御するのは難しいかなぁ。

ちびななこ社長、多言語情報ありがとうございます。
頂きましたデータは担当者に渡し、時間と時制を修正してすぐにアップしました。
ご覧になる方にとって感謝していただけるものが提供できたと思います。

プレス対応は担当しているものの防災危機管理担当に比べれば広報は甘く、
それ以上に凄惨な被災地に比べて日常のあることが申し訳ない気持ちです。
きょうは色校正の戻し直前で急きょ決まった記事の差し替えに対応。
1995年と同様、学びを市民生活に生かさなければならない思いが起こりますが
当面は、陸奥国のために自分にできることを……

現在、計画停電が予定されていますが、外国人住民の多い当町では
浜松市や可児市、四日市市、伊賀市、菊川市ほかと協力し、
次の言語によるお知らせを用意しています。

・ポルトガル語
・英語
・スペイン語
・中国語
・タガログ語

内容は、計画停電について（必要性と協力お願い）と
停電中の注意などで、すべて日本語との併記です。
必要な方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご連絡ください。
ご提供いたします。

昨日午後に起こった大地震が、日本中を揺るがし続けています。

私たち静岡県への余波は全体的に少ないようで、今日の午後には大津波警報も津波注意報になりました。

心配なのは、震源地に近い東北・関東の皆さん。
また、新たに地震のあった、新潟・長野の皆さん。

１カ月前、これらの地から多くの広報マン達が『三島裏ツアー』に参加して、新たに親交を深めてくれました。
また、裏ツアー以外にも、親しい旧知の広報マンたちがたくさんいる、私にとってそんな地域です。

携帯、メールはもちろん、停電のためか自治体ホームページすらアクセスできず、災害伝言ダイヤル『171』も優先順位で後回しとなってしまう今、私たちにできるのは祈ることだけです。

彼らと彼らの親しい人たちが、無事でありますように。
