広報協会の広報アドバイザー、
川西正幸先生が本を出版されたそうです。

『絶対うまく撮れるデジタル一眼レフ』／コスミック出版

私が撮った写真も86ページに載っているとのこと。
早速、買いにいかなきゃ。

何年か前、京都で開催された写真セミナーに参加しました。
川西先生に、人物、料理、街並みの撮影を教わり、
この日から撮影する際の視点が変わったのを覚えています。

さあ、写真撮影がチョッピリ苦手なあなた、
この本を読んで、「うまく撮って」ください。

見ました。

以前先生が、月刊「広報」で連載していた
「広報に役立つ写真術」の写真も満載。
また、真庭市、成田市、芝山町、小浜市、
花巻市、大社町などの広報写真も掲載されています。
（コンクール入選作だったかな）
東広島市だけ、なぜか撮影者名入りで出ていましたけど
（あっ！コンクール入選じゃないからか）

出版されたばっかりで、書店にもけっこう並んでいました。
今なら入手しやすいのでは。

早速購入しました。
分かりやすい内容で、
数年前に受講した写真セミナーの記憶が甦りました。

数年前は銀塩からデジタルへ切り替わる時期だったことを考えると、
手書きのレイアウトからDTP＋デジカメへと、
編集方法も様変わりして時代を感じます。

現役諸君。ぜひ購入してください。

私のところでは、毎月２回メールマガジンを発行していますが、内容がイマイチ…

ということで、リニューアルを検討しているのですが、皆さんがおすすめするメールマガジン（自治体発行のもの）を教えていただけないでしょうか？

うーん、誰か答えてあげてください。
かくいう自分も、いい答えを持っていないのですが…。

どうも、こういう質問があったときの反応が悪いですね。
「教えて広報くん」も、せっかく質問するのに反応がないため、
いつの間にか尻すぼみになってしまっているような気がします。
せっかく質問したのに、無視されたみたいで。
（うまい答えがないだけでしょうが）
でも、ないならないで、
質問にちゃんと反応するのが広聴ではないでしょうか。

協会さんも、いろいろ情報を持っていると思いますので、
こういうときは、うまくフォローしてあげて欲しいな〜。

読むだけで楽しんでいる方も、ちょこっと勇気を出して、
書いてみて欲しいと思います。
質問を書き込んだ人も、
もしかしたら意を決して書いたのかもしれませんし。

ラウンジを活性化させるって、
裏ツアー川越のテーマじゃなかった？
（行ってないので、よくは知りませんが）

で、メルマガですが。
個人的には、あまり好きではありません。
いろんなとこから送られてくるものも、
ほとんど読んでいない状態です。
文字ばっかだし、
もともと読みやすいようにつくられていないからなのかな？
メルマガもビジュアル的に、
とっつきやすければ読むのかな。
今、よくあるスタイルのものじゃ、
これから先も読む気がしないな、きっと。

“おすすめ”にはならないかもしれませんが、
以前、月刊「広報」で紹介したことのある自治体メルマガ
について、少し調べてみました。

発行回数が多かったのは、
「とっとり雑学本舗」（鳥取県）744号

「浜松市メールマガジン」（浜松市）369号
http://www.city.hamamatsu.shizuoka.jp/mayor/magazine/
「ほぼ週刊さろま」（北海道佐呂間町）491号

上記のうち、「ほぼ週刊さろま」は町の有志による編集なので、
自治体メルマガとは少し違うかもしれません。が、「巻頭言」
「今週の慶弔」など特徴的なメニューがあります。

また、「市政情報」「イベント情報」など、よく見られる
メニュー以外の、特徴的なものを以下に挙げてみました。

●ふるさとの豆知識（特産品にまつわる話題、
　祭や伝統行事などのウンチク）（鳥取県）
●郷土料理のレシピ紹介（熊本県）
●旬の食材に関する話題（浜松市）
●地域の祭り情報（浜松市）
●読者からの投稿、読者からの質問＆回答（富士市）
●市サイトアクセスランキング（富士市）
●プレゼント企画（長岡市）
●ゆかりのある人によるエッセイ、リレートーク（広島市）

最近は“メルマガ”というより、防災や防犯、イベント、
子育てなど、テーマを絞った“メールニュース”的なものが
多くなってきたと思います。
携帯電話の普及で、気軽に受信できる情報、
暮らしに直結する情報が重宝されているからでしょう。
実際には、配信頻度やねらい＝対象（住民向けか、出身者など
域外向けなのか）によって、内容はだいぶ違ってくると思います。
リニューアルの際は、そのあたりを整理されれば、
よいのではないでしょうか。（中）

うちはメールマガジンしていないので…。
ごめんなさい。

本当はしたいんですけどね。
したいなんて言ってるうちはダメですか？
「やるかやらないか。ただそれだけ」とか誰かが言ってましたものね。

ということで、各自治体の12月号があらかた出たようなので、
個人的に興味を持ったものをレコメンドしたいと思います。

熊本県大津町11月号「まちおこしのマテリアル」
　町の特産物である「からいも」を軸に展開していく特集。
　子育て・健診センターのオープンから始まり、
　最後はまちづくり推進協議会の皆さんで結ぶ。
　うまいなぁ。
　遊び心もあって、ページをめくるのが楽しい１冊です。

宮崎県三股町12月号「道程」
　こちらもサスガな展開でした。
　いくつかの事柄を、テーマをぶらさず上手く料理しています。
　何といっても紙面に出てくる人たちの笑顔がとても印象的。
　最後の町長さんも笑顔だったらもっと良かったのに（笑）。

岩手県一戸町11月号「ノーマライゼーション」
　イイ広報は取材する側とされる側との距離感が絶妙です。
　写真にも文章にも、近すぎず離れすぎない距離感が表れてい　る。
　大げさな写真も誇張した表現もいらない。
　このやさしい紙面自体がノーマライゼーション？

秋田県大仙市12月号「大仙市の子どもたちは伸び盛り」
　テレビでも話題になった全国学力テスト。
　このあたりを題材に選ぶセンスがサスガです。
　全ページ、実によくできた大型特集。
　おそらく考えられる要素は省くことなく
　すべて掲載できたのではないでしょうか。
　いやぁ、ほんとスゴイっす。

広島県庄原市12月号「農業でメシが食いたい。」
　「まだまだチャンスがあります」という最後の言葉が
　この特集のすべてを表していると思います。
　これからのまちの農業を応援したい！
　そんな担当者の気持ちが、
　理路整然と、きちんとマジメに描かれています。

まだ12月号が発行されていないところもあるみたいです。
もうちょっと整理してから、またレコメンドしたいと思います。

あっという間に12月、早いですね。
無茶振りされた事業が思うように進まなくて
能力があればもっといいシナリオを書くのかもしれませんが
例によって力不足を感じることが悲しいものです。
でもそれはそれでいい機会なわけで
広報で培ったものがあるからメディア的に調整できているのも事実。
自分の無能を悔やみつつ頑張って仕事していると
月は、それを映して輝いているように思えます。

先日、昨年に続き、白石市を訪ねました。
今回は広報人に協力していただき市内の各所のほか
恩人が戦中に疎開されていた鎌先温泉を見学できました。
ありがたい広報ネット、とてもとても感謝です。

さて、第８回広報人大忘年会の三河ツアー。
伊勢、金沢と日帰りが続きましたが
ことしは久しぶりに宿泊の参加になる予定です。
財政事情が厳しいから往復700 kmのドライビング。
Yes, ETC.
レスがつけられず申し込みが電話になってすみません。
５日午後３時ころに岡崎市に到着の日程で動きます。

少し地味な？　2010の年賀状に着手。
初日が昇り来る直前、西の空に輝いている
月のようなイメージで越年するのです。
