1 ささやかだけれど、役にたつこと

流れる雲を追いかけたい秋の空です。

帰宅途中の駅で迷っている白杖の女性を見かけ
「分るところまで案内します」と声をかけ、腕を差し出して改札まで同行。
役割が終わると「それじゃ、気をつけて」と別々の方向へ歩きながら
自然に役にたてたかなと少し気にしながら過去の広報を思い出しました。
何度となく、こうした機会に臨むのは障害者を気にしているからでしょう。
広報で障害の記事を書かなかったら状況は異なっていたはずです。
「障害者のことを分ることはできなくても分ろうとすることはできる」
それは、いろいろなものについても向き合う基本になっています。

ささやかであっても役にたつことはうれしいもの。
市民、担当課などの役にたつことが広報の存在価値であり、
広報編集が広報担当だけの仕事では、自分勝手で余裕のないものになります。
作業に追われ、その楽しみが味わえないと行き詰まってしまうから
スタッフの苦労が報われるような仕事にしていくことも課題の１つです。

広報の作り方を分っていても実践は難しいことを知っています。
実践できる環境の構築には自分の能力、努力のほか偶然も必要です。
半面、恵まれた環境なら自分の力不足をはっきり感じることにもなるでしょう。
かつての担当時代も決定権のない状況で動かすことの繰り返しだったし、
組織では、それが当然ですから、すべてを肯定的に考えるほうが望ましいはずです。

障害に限らず、いろいろ頑張っている人の記事を書いて、
役にたてないときは申し訳なく感じ、役にたてたときは自惚れないように戒め
いずれにしても落ち着かないのですが、いずれにしてもささやかなものです。
スタッフに詫びつつ広報室親睦会旅行をキャンセルして
せつなさをエネルギーに予算資料作成と広報プランニングの休日２日間。
これは何かの役にたつでしょうか。

　本年最後の大行事、東北サミットの締め切りまであとわずか。
　どうしようかなと悩んでいる人、申し込んでから悩みましょう。
　忙しいからなと思っている人、どうせ忙しいんだから参加してから頑張りましょう。
　東北サミットは、全国で唯一生き残っている地方サミット。
　地方サミットとはいえ、集まる範囲は全国区。
　今回も、北は北海道、南は熊本までいるらしいですよ。
　現役広報マンあこがれの人もくるみたい。
　参加したなら、昼間だけでなく、夜までどうぞ。
　あこがれの広報マンの話だけでなく、匂いまで嗅げますよ（笑）
　
　冗談はさておき、まだまだキャパあるらしいから
　みんなで申し込みませう。
　ええ、オイラも行きますよ。またなんかするみたい（←他人事）
　みんなと会えるのを楽しみにしています。

８０です。昼休みにちょっと時間があったので投稿してみました。


ライパチさん、当方は11年度の第5回（秋田・若美町）と
12年度の第6回（青森・鶴田町）に参加したことがあります。
いずれもマイカーでの一人旅。
長距離で大変でしたが、とても楽しかったのを覚えています。

もう、現役を離れて随分経ちますから、サミットへ参加することは
できないですが、頑張ってください。
無事、成功することをお祈りしています。


MOANAさん、大忘年会の皆勤賞を途切らせてしまってスミマセン。
できれば12月第1週にしたかったのですが、
職場後輩の結婚式があります故・・・

また、どこかでお会いすることが（間違いなく）あると思うので、
よろしくお願いします。


さて、大忘年会の幹事をするにあたり、
この間、久しぶりに現役の頃の広報を読み返したりしていました。

10年ほど前は交換広報が盛んな時期で、互いに広報と一緒に
近況報告（裏広報）をしていました。
絵を描くのが上手な人、文章がうまい人、プライベートなことを
載せまくる人、下ネタ満載の人・・・
広報よりも裏広報を読むのが楽しかった毎日でした。

今、現役の人たちは、このような情報交換をしているのでしょうか？

学ぶことから針路が見え、価値が分かること、
大人は大きな子ども、教えるときは学ぶとき、
人は学びながら生きるもの（学生）であると思っています。
しかし、子の未来と親の経験は混沌となり、
現在、広報と同じような形態をしていて、同時進行する課題です。
時には佇むこと堪えることが凌ぎ方と知っていても身体は正直。
健康診断を受けると血圧が高くなって、妙に納得するのでした。

ヒロインの思考パターンと実写映画のキャスティング、
勝手に「頑張ってる」をイメージして「君に届け」の鑑賞を計画。
いまだに学生気分は残っているものの、さすが１人では抵抗があり
奈落（成績不振）の中学３年生を誘うと一蹴されてしまいました。
「『大奥』を観たい」という彼女は「君に届け」に対し、どこにいるか？　
相手（訴求対象）のことと送信手段を知るのは、情報伝達のセオリー。
いずれにしても10代は難しい生きものであると感じています。

広報、その他について書生論な内容になることが多く
（それはドラッカーや渋沢栄一でもいいのかもしれません）
だれかのために何かをするということに心を尽くすという
基本的な意思と行動を突然、変化させることは難しいものです。
書生と社会人は別のものではなく、学生しているわけですから
前段の逃避は、いいトシしてキモイ半面、けっこう健全でしょう。
思いを届けるという点では、「広報」の学習ですし……（こじつけ）。

個々の意識と役割が組織になり機能し、目的を果たそうとすることは
現在の広報室に足りない要素であると感じています。
「前へ」ボールを運ぼうとする長友佑都の姿、
目標は「成長していくこと」というザッケローニの言葉、
勝利もさることながら学べるアルゼンチン戦でした（さらにこじつけ）。

東北サミット、広報大忘年会のご盛況を心から祈っています。

東北サミット（10月28日・おいらせ町）が
いよいよ近づいてきましたね。

各地のイベントが休息、終息に向かう中で
東北サミットはニッポンの最後の砦。
10・28は、広報界のまさに「国民的行事」です。
というか、そう願いたい。

これまで、多くの先輩方が
情熱を込めて、バトンをつないできました。
その中で、人生を変えてしまうような
幾多の素晴らしい「出会い」が生まれ、
広報人をさらに高みへと導いてきました。

東北サミットは今年も、皆様に
しびれるような「出会い」をお約束します。

まだ間に合います。迷ったら前へ。
皆様のたくさんの申込みをお待ちしています。
