慌ただしい往復ながら、いい時間を過ごすことができました。
立春の三島市内を案内していただき、カワセミも見られて感謝しています。
残念なのは、ノンアルコール、講演が聴けなくて、撮影会に参加できなかったこと。
（それから、うなぎを食べられなかったこと、次回の課題です）
写真は、いいコマがありましたらエントリーしますのでよろしくお願いします。
次の広報の機会（どこかな）も頑張って出かけたいと思います。
静岡県、そして参加された、広報人の皆さん、おつかれさまでした。

■レイチョウ類ヒト科ヒト属ヤクショ種コウホウ亜種
三島は東海道、下田街道、わき水、線路・鉄橋に趣があります。
「福太郎」「三島桜」を買い求め、散策していたら80歳の女性から時間を尋ねられ、
交流会の受け付けまでの余裕を幸い？　にバス到着までおつきあいしました。
彼女は、ヤクショノヒトは話すといい人かもしれないけれど
最初の印象はよくなくて、人を見下すように思えるとのことでした。
あなたは何をやっている人と言われ、答えると意外そうな表情（春の雪解け？）。
ヤクショ種に「コウホウジン」がいることは知られていないようです。

■女神降臨
三島ツアーの企画以外にも、すてきな女神はいらっしゃる。
前段のバスストップの女性はおもしろい、おばぁちゃんでした（女神１）。
10年以上も前に駿東地域の視察でお越しになった広報人（女神２）と再会。
それは、このツアーをサポートする静岡県の広報人のすばらしさを垣間見るものでした。
奈良ツアーの、やよいさん（女神３／ネームは「あをによし」さんのメッセージから）は
めがねではなくコンタクトレンズの私に声をかけてくださり（ありがとうございます）、
なかなか、顔と名前を覚えられない私にとっては驚異でした。

■早春賦
深夜走行で27時に帰宅し、午前中には桐生市にある大川美術館。
厳しい冬に耐え、あたたかい春の訪れを予感する絵が時期にふさわしく
「早春賦」に涙……、涙腺が弱くて恥ずかしいのですが、わき水に比べれば水量はわずか
春もわき水もSPRING、まぶた閉じればそこにコンタクトレンズ？　の中学生。
高校生になったら頑張るという「和泉」も春の女神になるのかな。
広報にしても同じこと、努力しつつ陽の訪れを待つことにしましょう。

　仕事を終え、きびだんご県Ｍ市を旅たつこと５時間半。
翌日を迎えようかという時間帯に到着した静岡県三島市。
　旅疲れがでて、多くの人と語ることはできなかったけれど、久々に「きらきらとした前向きな瞳」を持つ人たちに、たくさん出逢うことができました。

　にぎやかな歓迎レセプションに参加することはできなかったけれど、翌日の研修会場のガラス越しに見えた後姿。

　そう、その後姿から立ち上っていたもの。
　あのとき、わたしの瞳に映ったもの。
あれは「燃え上がるような闘気」だったに違いない・・・（笑）。

　富士の裾野に湧き出でる清水のように、熱い志を持った現役担当者たちが居続けていることに感動しました。

　行間に百万のメッセージ。
　一枚の写真に百億の愛情。
　
　媒体は違えども広報に想いを込める担当者たちが、これからもたくさん現れますように・・・・・。

　スタッフの皆さん。ありがとうございました。

皆様、横浜セミナー２０１１裏ツアーin三島へのご参加、本当にありがとうございました。
本ツアーは５日、青森県おいらせ町 松林拓大氏の素晴らしい講演をもって、全ての日程を滞りなく終了することができました。

多忙な業務の中、スケジュールを調整して駆けつけてくれた皆さん、本当に感謝しています。
（全国３１都道府県から１２１人が参加してくださいました）
実行委員会として、これほど多くの方にご参加いただけたことは、何よりの喜びであり、誇りです。

「来て良かったと思ってもらえる催しに。最大限のおもてなしの心で迎えよう」
を実行委員会全員の合言葉とし、会の運営にあたりましたが、
至らぬ点や想定外のトラブルも多々あり、
皆さんに不愉快な思いをさせてしまったかもしれません。
運営する難しさを痛感しています。申し訳ありませんでした。

それでも、帰還された皆さんより「めちゃくちゃ楽しんだよ」「素晴らしい会だった」「有意義な時間を過ごせました」「新しい出会いがありました」など、
心温まる言葉を多数お寄せいただき、一同大きな励みとなりました。

「裏ツアー」という広報界の伝統的なビッグイベントを開催できたことは、静岡県広報界にとっても大きな成長の足がかりになったと思います。

ご参加いただいた皆様、本当にありがとうございました。
あの場所で生まれた数々の出会いの輪が、
今後さらに大きく広がっていきますように・・。



＊無降雨記録を更新中だった静岡県では２月６日、久々の雨が降りました。まるで会の終了に合わせたかのよう。
皆さんがそれぞれの地に帰られたことを、さみしく思う「涙雨」のように感じました。

関わっていただいた全ての皆さんに感謝を込めて。

開催に携わった者の１人として、一安心と感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

参加してくださった皆さん、
そして残念ながら参加できなくても裏ツアーの成功を願ってくださった皆さん、

本当に ありがとうございました

落花生さん、
酔いつぶれるくらい心を砕いてくださったことを私はうれしく思っています。
三島の夜、肩を組みながら一緒に歩いたことも１つのいい思い出です。

三島裏ツアーがきっかけとなり、広報の交流がつながり、広がり、さらに深まって
いくことを願っています。
また全国の皆さんとお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

三島裏ツアー実行委員会の一人、なつです。
全国から集まってくれた約120人の皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。

参加者の中には、仕事もプライベートも切り詰め、初日の深夜や翌日の早朝にやっとたどり着いた、という人もいらっしゃいました。
開催側として、これほど嬉しいことはありません。

もしかしたら、十分なおもてなしができない部分もあったかもしれません。
深くお詫びいたします。

ただ確かなことは、私たち実行委員一人ひとりが、持てる力を全て発揮して、おもてなしさせていただいたということ。
メンバーの中には、家族が病気で倒れても、はたまた自分自身が倒れることになっても、皆さんに楽しんでいただこうとがんばった者もいました。
…あ、この言い方、重いですか（笑）？

とにかく実行委員も、それくらいこの「お祭り」に賭けていましたし、だからこそ自分たちにとって、いい思い出となりました。
同じように、参加者の皆さんにとっても、いい思い出になってくれることを祈るばかりです。

まだ全て終わったわけではありません。
今後の三島裏ツアー関連告知を２点。
■会場で、「三島裏ツアー公式記録DVD」予約販売にお申し込みいただいた皆さんへ。
明日から、心を込めて編集いたします。
