　全国広報コンクールの結果発表を掲載しました。

　受賞された皆さん、おめでとうございます。
　７月１５日に富山県富山市で開催する大会でお待ちしています。

　残念ながら受賞に至らなかった皆さん、次があります。たとえ
異動したとしても、戻ってくることもあります。

　大会の案内は、来週早々にこのサイトに掲載します。
　受賞された方も、受賞に至らなかった方も、皆さん、富山でお会
いしましょう。

以前、ラウンジに被災地へという話を書かせていただきましたが、保健師の同行というかたちで東松島市へ来週でかけます。

現在、現地の情報を集めています。
どのような形の業務になるか不明ですが、現地の皆さんに迷惑をかけないよう、任務を遂行してきたいと思っております。

テレビで「いつもと同じ遅い桜の花が咲き」というレポートを聞き
開花時期は例年どおりなので「いつもと同じ」季節はいいとして
遅いのは東京の視点になっているように思われました。
同「もう桜を見に来ることはできませんね」という問いかけは
思いやりのような半面、私意のある誘導にも感じられ、
むしろ「住むことは難しくても、見に来ることはできる」という回答に
被災者の生まれ、育ち、暮らす風土感を感じたのでした。

自転車通勤の途中の耕地整理された水田は水面と「あぜ」の間隔が絶妙で
もしかしたら自分のレベル感覚は、この風景で培われたようにも思われます。
水路を流れる水は、とても清くてガラにもなく「故郷」しています。
こんな感覚、今まで思ったことありませんでした。
異動後、変化した環境には生まれ、育った、この風土感のようなものがあり、
それらは、再認識と新しいものに向かうための、いい要素になっています。

『ごきげんならいおん』という絵本から
原発、そして共存と日常のかかわりという課題を連想しました。
ライオンは嗜好品？　電気は必需品ですから不適切かもしれません。
『フレデリック』のように役立つことばもなく、恥ずかしさをかみしめ
需給差により電気使用料金が違ったら地域格差是正になるかもって思うこのごろ。
『ぼくがラーメンたべてるとき』のように同時進行の出来事を意識しながら
決して、今、自分のいる状況だけがすべてではないことを伝えたいと思います。
終末に予定している絵本のイベント会場の装飾を自主制作しました。
イメージをローコストで形にする楽しみ、は美術館の特展室の空間で培ったもの。
試行錯誤の創作、つきあってくれている十六夜の月（滋光）に感謝です。

明日、全コンの発表ですね。
ことし、紙面を整理して来年、入賞を目指して頑張る予定？　でした。
入賞は限られるけれど、目指すことはだれでもできるから……、少し残念。
ラウンジをご覧の皆さんのご健闘を祈念しています。
連続になってしまって、すみません。
発表後は、いろいろな広報人のメッセージが入るでしょうから、楽しみです。

いそがしく過ぎた１か月が、さつきのことのように５月を迎えました。

これまでにかかわった仕事は事業などについて効果の拡大が望ましく
読者、観覧者、観光客などの数値は、多いほどよくてわかりやすいものでした。
ところが、補助事業は参加者が多いほど歳出が増え、予算により制限されます。
（そんなこと当たり前でしょ、って言わないでね）
４月から担当している健康診査では受診者を増やすことが目標の１つ。
広報的には「健康管理・増進により豊かな生活を送る」でも記事は作れます。
しかし、健康が国保医療費等の抑制につながらない限り現実的なものではなく
知らなかったわけではないにしても実際に携わると見方が変わり、刺激があります。
その先にある目標を目指しながらも現在の課題は「顧客満足度」。
たぶん、これでは未熟な広報レベル、いつものことの始まりです。

広報、美術館、観光では印刷物、イベント、造形などモノヅクリしましたが
この１年は、このラウンジを除けば形が残せなかった寂しさがあります。
それでも４月になり「去年と違い、ことしは苦情の電話がありませんでした」と言われ、
何でもない、ささいなことが生々流転する難しさと楽しさを感じました。
見苦しかった広報への愚痴は、自分と自分のスタッフの水鏡。
できれば、これからもラウンジを訪ねさせていただきたいと思っています。
（トリプルになってしまって、ごめんなさい）
たぶん、直接、広報に触れない、Mistral 以前に回帰することになりますけれど……。

５月になり、天八意思兼命を祭る秩父神社、阿智神社、戸隠神社を巡りました。
仕事には八意思兼、健康には蒜（にんにく）を噛み、頑張るには「唇をかみしめて」
自己主張の強い（いいことだけど）JKの和泉には天岩戸プロデュースが重要です。
750kmを走り、あちこちで見かける自治体名に思い出す広報人が自分の心の支えです。
人が移動すると経済効果が生まれますから「困ったときの神頼み」。
たぶん、八百万の神を巡り温泉に入ることは日本の復興につながります。

全コンの日程が発表され、広報への新しい提案が楽しみです。

SUNSETを眺めているはずが、思いがけず乗り込んだ広報モドキの難破船。
それ自体は、とても価値ある出来事であったことに感謝しています。
「つばさ」でヒロインが「頑張ったけれど、だめだったよ」というシーンがあります。
ちまたに「がんばろう」があふれていて、頑張ることは、もちろん大切ですが
頑張れば何でもできるではなく、だめでも頑張ることが大切であると思います。
それは言い訳になるかもしれませんし、市民の皆さんには申し訳ない気持ちです。
航海中に寄港した長崎市、下関市では、いろいろ、ご教示いただきました。
広報紙の向上、年間経費2000万円削減、紙以外の媒体を機能、実現できず残念。
白山市・金沢市、奈良市・河内・難波、三島市でも、たいへんお世話になりました。
座礁、沈没の危機から航海を目指してドックを離れたまでで広報担当は下船。
後悔は覚悟、海路はなくてもSAILINGしますから、これからもよろしくお願いします。

復帰した時点、年度途中の出来事、そして今回、とにかく唖然としました。
だれに何を伝え、どのような目的によって行っているものかという意識の不足。
広報紙は、直接かかわっていない人（読者）が動くことに価値があり、
市民が動くことにより、まちが、よりよくなっていくことを気づく手段の１つ。
卓越した能力はなくても、個々の能力の中で人は変われることを信じていたいけれど
言い訳に飽き、泣かずに馬謖をCLEAR、それはそれで大切なことと思っています。
しかし、最悪の広報との重なりを嫌悪している自分自身も惨めなSUNSETでしょう。

美容院に行き、帰りがけにギャラリーに立ち寄ったら東近美の招待券を頂きました。
「太陽の塔」が好きなものですから帰宅途中に生誕100年岡本太郎展を鑑賞。
民俗と哲学と生命を備えた芸術家の天才に接することは、とてもとても刺激的です。
「太郎のことば」（三角くじ）をひいたら出て来たのは次のメッセージ。
「何でもないことに筋を通すことの方が、カッコいい冒険よりもはるかにむずかしい。」
14番目の月を眺め、「顔のグラス」を傾けながら探る、これからの在り方。
たいへんな苦労をされている方々には恐縮ですが
被災地の友人から普通にしてくれるのがいちばんと言われ、ブログ的。
また、外が明るくなって、もうすぐSUNRISEです。
